Well, I've been drawing ever since I was a little kid. I always knew I'd be doing something like this when I grew up. After high school, I went to the Columbus College of Art and Design, and majored in Illustration. I discovered there that my strength lies in cartooning and whimsical illustration.

This strip originates back to my sophomore year in high school. The characters were different, the aliens weren't there, and the drawings were MUCH more crude, but the formula was basically the same - 3 kids getting into trouble. I had it published in the monthly school newspaper during my junior and senior years, and when I went to college, I had it printed there when I could find the time to draw it. In the last couple of years at college, I gave the strip a major overhaul, redefining the characters, changing their names, and deciding to just run wild with it.

The funny thing is, I look back at those old comic strips and cringe! (I guess everybody looks back at their old stuff like that.) I hate to think that 10 years from now, I'll look back at my current stuff and think "My God!"
